Studio Brava is a wellness studio. We promote recovery, physical fitness, and overall well-being. Our space is safe, comfortable, and full of resources, including an extensive array of physical therapy and fitness equipment, a spacious movement area, private rooms, as well as spaces to relax and recover. We’re staffed by credentialed professionals trained in a caring approach rooted in listening, empathy, and the creation of individualized programs. We work to do what’s best for you.

What’s on offer

  • Physical Therapy

    Pain is not fun, and in many cases, it can be relieved or removed. This takes work, however, and the work needs to be consciously designed by your Physical Therapist and adopted by you, the patient. This cooperative approach enables us to design treatment programs specific to your needs.

  • Massage

    For relaxation, recovery, or increased mobility and blood flow, our massage therapists provide the intensity level you desire and in the areas you want or need it the most. Often coupled with PT treatments, massages are given in private rooms offering the peace of mind and relaxation of a spa experience.

  • Wellness Classes

    Choose between private and small group sessions in yoga, pilates, mindfulness and more. Balance mind, body, and spirit through intentional movement, balance, and stillness. If large studios and gyms do not provide the experience you're seeking, try our classes. Space, of course, is limited.

  • Performance Coaching

    Are you competing regularly? Want to get better at your sport? We integrate physical and mental exercises so you can be at your best during the game or competition as well as during the preparation process. Let’s help you get into that high-performing flow state.

Common ways we can help

  • Most pain does not have to be endured in its current level forever. With the proper treatment plan that leverages the body’s innate ability to heal, pain can be lessened or even removed. Let’s explore what will be best for you, then help you make it happen.

  • Range of motion, general mobility, and strength and stamina in certain positions can help reduce or eliminate pain or, when improved or maintained habitually, can reduce the risk of injury, increase wellbeing, and improve performance. Let’s explore the exercises that will be of most benefit to you.

  • When accidents happen that impair our physical abilities we need a plan to get better. In the absence of a plan most are left frustrated as there’s no visible end in sight. Let us help you form a plan so you can start to see that end of deblitating pain and discomfort.

  • Sometimes you can avoid surgery. Sometimes surgery is necessary. Knowing when the invasive step is required is important. It’s important physically, psychologically, emotionally, and often financially. Let’s see where you are and, if appropriate, explore PT treatments to alleviate your ailment.

  • Balance is often taken for granted until there’s a challenge with it; and when there’s a challenge with it there are ways to improve it over time. If you're struggling with balance, or foresee a time that you may, let’s connect and explore exercises and treatment plans that will help you reduce the risk of falling or getting disoriented.
